Welcome to our fully renovated 140 m² triplex house in Orelle. Spacious, modern and cosy, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Designed for 8 guests, it can accommodate up to 10. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Layout:
On the first level, enjoy a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen open onto the lounge. You will find a dining area and a relaxing space with a sofa and a large smart TV.
On the next level, the house offers three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and storage space. You will also find a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. A balcony completes this floor and allows you to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
On the top level, a second living area awaits with a sofa and board games. You will also find a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus its bathroom with shower and toilet.

Nearby:
The chalet is ideally located 1 km (less than 5 minutes by car) from the “3 Vallées Express” gondola in Orelle, offering direct access to the top of Val Thorens. You will have access to the entire 3 Valleys ski area, the largest in the world with 600 km of slopes, open from late November to late April. The Maurienne Valley is also the world’s largest cycling area, with hiking trails, climbing spots and mountain lakes to explore.
Supermarket and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car.

Important information:
- A €500 security deposit will be required for each booking. We use Swikly, a secure online deposit system. No amount is charged to your bank card.
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The accommodation may be difficult to access for guests with reduced mobility (stairs).
