Each apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed
- 1 bedroom with two 90 cm single beds

Bathrooms:
Modern bathroom with shower, sink, storage, and separate toilet.

Communicating Terraces:
- Apartment 1: 15 m² terrace
- Apartment 2: 60 m² terrace

Ski access & winter sports:
The apartment is ideally located just 20 minutes by car from the Orelle gondola, which offers direct access to the 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world! Access to Orelle is easy via the motorway, which is well cleared throughout the winter. You avoid long uphill drives and winding mountain roads, making the journey faster and more comfortable.
Within about 30 minutes’ drive, you can also reach the resorts of Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis.

Summer activities: cycling, hiking & nature:
The Maurienne is the largest cycling area in the world, with over 1600 km of marked routes and legendary mountain passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…).
Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the Vanoise National Park, with its marked trails, mountain lakes, exceptional flora and fauna.
Families will enjoy via ferrata, natural swimming spots, adventure parks, festivals and local markets.

Important information:
- A lift is available to access the apartment.
- Bed linen and towels are provided as kits (beds are not made on arrival).
- Pets allowed: your four-legged companions are welcome (30 € extra cleaning fee).
- A €500 security deposit is required for each booking, via Swikly (no debit on your card).
