Cosy Studio for 4 – Residence with Pool & 3 Valleys Access

This 26 m² studio has been designed to be both functional and comfortable, making it ideal for a mountain getaway. It features a living area with a sofa bed and three bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, dishwasher), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided as kits. A private balcony allows you to fully enjoy the mountain views. Plenty of storage space is available to make your stay even more comfortable.

Other amenities:
The residence offers access to a heated indoor swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzzi (depending on the season and opening times). Wi-Fi is available at the reception desk. Free parking is available nearby.

Ski access & winter sports:
The apartment is ideally located just 3 minutes away by free shuttle from the Orelle ski lifts, giving you access to the 3 Vallées ski area — the largest ski domain in the world, with 600 km of slopes and 200 lifts (the shuttle runs every 10–15 minutes in winter). In less than 20 minutes, you can reach the top of Val Thorens at over 3,200 m altitude! The connection to Val Thorens is open every day from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during the winter season.

Summer activities: cycling, hiking & nature:
Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling area, with over 1,600 km of marked routes and legendary mountain passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine, etc.). Orelle is a perfect starting point for cycling enthusiasts, whether on road bikes or mountain bikes! Hikers will also enjoy the proximity of the Vanoise National Park, with its well-marked trails, mountain lakes, and exceptional wildlife and flora. Families will find plenty of activities as well: via ferrata, swimming in natural lakes, adventure parks, festivals and local markets. In summer (July and August), the connection to Val Thorens is open only on Tuesdays, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Outside the winter and summer seasons, the cable car remains closed.

Important information:
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels) is provided as kits. Beds are not made upon arrival.
- A €300 security deposit will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount is charged to your bank card and your card limit is not affected.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation may be difficult to access for guests with reduced mobility (stairs, apartment on the 1st floor).
