Cosy Studio for 4 – Residence with Pool & 3 Valleys Access

This 26 m² studio is designed to be both functional and comfortable—perfect for a mountain getaway. It features a living area with a sofa bed and three bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. A private balcony allows you to fully enjoy the mountain views.

Other amenities:
The residence offers access to a heated indoor swimming pool (depending on season and opening times). Wi-Fi is available at the reception. Free parking is available nearby.

Ski access & winter sports:
The apartment is ideally located just a few minutes away, via a free shuttle (every 10–15 minutes in winter), from the Orelle ski lifts giving access to Les 3 Vallées—the largest ski area in the world, with 600 km of slopes and 200 lifts. In under 20 minutes, you can reach the summit of Val Thorens at over 3,200 m!
(The connection to Val Thorens is open daily from 9:00 to 16:30 during the winter season.)

Summer activities: cycling, hiking & nature:
Maurienne is the largest cycling area in the world, with more than 1,600 km of marked routes and legendary mountain passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…). Orelle is an ideal starting point for cycling enthusiasts, whether road cyclists or mountain bikers!
Hikers will also enjoy the proximity of the Vanoise National Park, with its marked trails, alpine lakes, and exceptional wildlife and flora. Families will find plenty to do: via ferrata, swimming in natural lakes, adventure parks, local festivals, and markets.
In summer (July and August), the lift connection to Val Thorens is open only on Tuesdays, from 9:00 to 16:30. Outside the winter and summer seasons, the gondola remains closed.

Important information:
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are provided as kits. Beds are not made upon arrival.
- A €300 security deposit will be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online deposit system. No amount is charged to your card, and your card limit is not affected.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The apartment may be difficult to access for guests with reduced mobility (stairs present, apartment on the 1st floor).
